Privacy Policy
Effective date, scope, and information you provide
Effective August 28, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Clear Path Land Management LLC handles information connected with this website and estimate inquiries. It also describes categories of information the website may collect and the purposes described below.
An estimate inquiry may include identifiers and contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address; property and project information such as location, access, work area, requested service, project description, and photographs; and other details you voluntarily provide by phone or email. The current preview estimate form does not transmit the information entered into it.
Technical information, cookies, and privacy controls
Website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic records. The current preview does not activate optional analytics, advertising, or embedded third-party content.
Essential browser storage is used to remember a visitor’s Privacy Choices and support basic site operation. Future optional analytics, advertising, or embedded third-party content must remain disabled unless the visitor selects “Allow Optional.” Visitors can reopen Privacy Choices from the footer and change the selection.
When a browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control signal, the website treats it as an essential-only choice and does not activate optional technologies. If the production technology stack changes, this policy and the consent interface must be updated before those tools are activated.
How information is used and communications
Information may be used to respond to an inquiry, evaluate project fit, prepare or discuss an estimate, communicate about requested services, schedule work, maintain business records, protect the website, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Information should not be used for a materially different purpose without any notice or choice required by applicable law.
If you provide contact information by phone or email, Clear Path Land Management may use it to respond about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase, and recipients may ask to stop promotional messages.
Service providers, retention, and security
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, communications, scheduling, customer management, analytics, or business operations. Providers should receive only information reasonably needed for their role.
Information may be retained as reasonably needed for an inquiry, project, business records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and California rights
The current preview does not activate advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising tools. If production practices change so that website information is sold or shared as those terms are defined by applicable law, Clear Path Land Management will provide any required opt-out method, update this policy, and honor supported opt-out preference signals before activating those practices.
You may ask to update contact details or stop promotional communications by using the contact information below, subject to records that may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Requests will be evaluated and handled as required by applicable law.
Children, updates, and contact
The website and services are directed to property owners and project decision-makers, not children. Do not knowingly submit personal information about a child through an estimate inquiry.
This policy may be updated when the website’s forms, analytics, communications, service providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions or requests may be directed to (629) 219-5178 or info@clearpathlandmanagementllc.com.
