Terms of Service
Effective date, website use, and estimates
Effective August 28, 2026. These Terms of Service govern use of the Clear Path Land Management website. Website information is general planning guidance and is not an estimate, contract, professional opinion, or promise that a project will be accepted.
A project begins only after Clear Path Land Management LLC and the customer accept written project documents describing the work area, included services, exclusions, price, and applicable payment terms. If website information differs from an accepted written estimate or agreement, the accepted project documents control.
Project scope and owner preparation
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, access, and project information; identifying property boundaries; and marking known private utilities, septic components, irrigation, drainage features, retained trees, structures, and other protected items before work begins.
Do not submit photographs, plans, or other materials you do not have the right to share. Project access and owner-preparation responsibilities should be confirmed in the accepted project documents.
Site conditions, scheduling, and changes
Weather, access, soft ground, dense vegetation, hidden debris, rock, wire, slopes, and other conditions may affect safe production, scheduling, equipment access, or the work that can be completed. No website description guarantees timing or a particular site result.
Changes to the accepted scope, work area, site condition, or customer request should be documented and approved before additional work proceeds.
Service limits and third-party services
Forestry mulching, mulching-based land clearing, and grapple work do not automatically include conventional grubbing, grading, excavation, hauling, disposal, surveying, engineering, permitting, utility work, or construction preparation. Only services written into accepted project documents are included.
The website may link to maps, communication providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Clear Path Land Management is not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.
Acceptable use and website materials
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, copy website materials for commercial use, or use the website in violation of law. Website text, design, branding, and media remain the property of their respective owners and may not be reused except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer, updates, and contact
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Clear Path Land Management does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or a particular result from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms may be updated when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be directed to (629) 219-5178 or info@clearpathlandmanagementllc.com.
